Cleaning fee is one time charge per stay per bunk – Cleaning Fee is included in the price

No onsite camping options at all available for this event – If students wish to camp they need to find alternate site arrangements

All Students staying in the Lodge must sign Online waiver when registering for a bunk

Shortly before event – Students will receive an email with Lodge Door codes, Gate codes and various files with information about BFR and the area as well as safety and standard operational procedures of the property
